Payment of Ground Rent - Lands Commission

The Lands Commission wishes to inform the general public, particularly lessees/ assignees of State Lands in the Greater Accra Region, to settle all outstanding ground rent. All lessees and assignees are required by lease covenants to pay annual grounds rent in respect of the State/ Vested Lands whether legally demanded or not.
